Jeanne Simkins Hollis Secretary
Jeanne Simkins Hollis serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Multi-Energy Group, LLC, a facilities management, engineering and procurement company engaged in the management of energy related assets including natural gas, petroleum and water assets.
Ms. Hollis has over 25 years of experience as a corporate and international attorney and businesswoman, serving a diverse array of multinational clients in the corporate, energy/utility, and finance sectors. Prior to establishing Multi-Energy Group, Ms. Hollis was a partner with the law firm of Duane Morris, LLP; Managing Partner of the Atlanta office of Adorno & Yoss, LLC, the largest minority-owned firm in the country; and an equity partner with the Wall Street-based energy law firm of Reid & Priest (now Thelan, Reid and Priest) specializing in domestic and international business law, finance and energy/utility law out of Washington, DC.
Ms. Hollis other accomplishments have included serving as Senior Counsel for the Resolution Trust Corporation where she instituted the closure of Savings and Loans nationwide and was responsible for the multi-billion dollar subsidiary/loan disposition group and the billion dollar Outside Counsel Program. Ms. Hollis served as counsel for the Federal Aviation Administration where she drafted and reviewed contracts for the legal services and international divisions. Ms. Hollis was also the first law school intern ever hired by the State of North Carolina Attorney General's office.
Ms. Hollis received her B.A. Degree from the University of North Carolina in 1976 and went on to obtain her J.D. Degree from N.C. Central University School of Law in 1979. In addition to a J.D. Degree, Ms. Hollis received a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in International Finance from Georgetown University School of Law in 1983 and is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.
