Maggie Pedraza     Board Member

Maggie Pedraza is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, property management, public housing administration mixed income/use/finance, business development, management analysis, business re-engineering, financial management, automation, marketing, and regulatory compliance. Currently, Ms. Pedraza is the Principal-in-Charge of the National Housing Group Corporation's contract with HUD for Property Management Services for the office of Multi-Family Housing Programs for the services the company delivers in 42 states.

 

Ms. Pedraza founded NHG in 1996 specifically to provide the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and public housing authorities nationwide with the highest level of technical assistance and real estate services available in the marketplace. She is also a noted authority in public administration and community development.

A native of New Jersey, Ms. Pedraza received her M.B.A. from the University of Miami. She is currently the President of Broward/Dade/Palm Beach County Multi-Housing Association, a Founding Board of Directors Member of the Hispanic American National Housing Association (HANHA), and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the National Council of Senior Citizens.
