Roxanne Iszard Operations
Roxanne Iszard, native of Jacksonville, Florida, provides Operations services for the Alliance for Digital Equality. She is responsible for the planning, designing, implementation and management of the operational responsibilities and issue resolutions relating to vendors and contractors, contract management, property and facility management, as well as being the operations accounting resource to the ADE Accounting Division for emergency disbursements and service/product verification for payments. As the leader of the Operations Team, she drives the new and existing operational processes and procedures that are carried out by the assigned team members as requested and supported by the ADE officers and executive advisors.
Before joining ADE, she was the Director of Operations for all companies held by Hollis & Company, LLC, and was responsible for business initiation and set up registrations with federal/state/local agencies, compliance management, IT/telecom/property management, and performed as the accounting resource in daily management of operational processes and resolutions. As a veteran Sales Executive for Enterprise Services in the information technology industry, she managed and served high level accounts throughout the US, Canada, Middle-East and Australia with project revenues approximately $2 to $5 million per year. She has also worked as a contractor in the commercial real estate and communications industries.
Ms. Iszard graduated from Howard University, Washington, D.C., with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and with continuing studies at George Washington University in business administration. She is an active participant and supporter of the musical arts in Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and New York.
