Marc Freeman IT Support
Mr. Freeman provides services that supports ADE’s technology needs, which includes computer/network support, installs new software, workstations and printers and evaluates efficiency of ADE’s software. Mr. Freeman brings 17 years of experience in IT including: Project Management, Systems Integration, Information Security and Risk Management. He has also supported the non-profit Boys and Girls Club of America in Atlanta, as their Systems Consultant. For 13years, he has been a Systems Consultant with Bank of America (BOA), providing problem solving and technical expertise in the design, development testing and deployment of BOA applications.
He has in-depth knowledge of cross platform systems within BOA’s Enterprise WAN. Developing project documentation including project plans and work effort estimation has been very beneficial in ADE’s model for Learning With Out Walls Program. He has provided application support for Windows 95, 98 NT, NT server Windows 2000, ME, XP, Vista, Server 2003, Novell NetWare, OS/2, AIX, HP and Sun UNIX operating systems. Mr. Freeman maintained, installed and trained LAN WAN Enterprise Device and problem Management tools, i.e. Tivoli, Netview, Compaq Insite, Netfinity, NetXray sniffer software ,HP, Open View Peregrine Service Center, Concord Health and Unicenter.
