Lisa Williams     Human Resources

Lisa J. Williams, native of Montgomery, Alabama, provides Human Resources services for The Alliance for Digital Equality. She is responsible for analyzing, planning and directing ADE's organizational and grant-related functions within the scope of Human Resource Management. 
As the leader of Workforce Development her primary role is to research and implement employment focused systems that educate how to providing job services to the underserved, training and employment assistance to constituents looking for work within ADE’s Programs.

Prior to joining the ADE Team, she was the Director of Human Resources for Woolfson Eye Institute where she established new policies and procedures and developed a new Performance Management System. As the Human Resources Manager for Outsourcing Solutions Incorporated (OSI) she managed and supported a 300 person call center and executive staff.  As a Consultant for Lockheed Martin, Lisa was very instrumental in the implementation of the Electronic Benefits Transfer System (EBT) to all the rural unserved retail establishments throughout the state of Alabama.  And with over 12 years of experience she has negotiated lucrative staffing contracts with Raytheon, Litton PRC, EDS Federal, Anteon Corporation, Regions Mortgage,  Sterling Software and SAIC.

Mrs. Williams graduated from Auburn University in Montgomery with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resources Management. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She volunteers with the American Red Cross, Pancreatic Cancer Network and Spina Bifida Association of Georgia.
