George Miller     Business Development

Mr. Miller provides business development services for the ADE.  He has managed a significant number of government contracts serving as a Director in the State and Local Government Consulting Practice of Coopers & Lybrand for over nine years, and has President of Spectrum Consulting Associates, Inc. for eighteen years.  Mr. Miller has complete oversight over all Grant Development, tracking and transparency reporting for federal and state compliance. Mr. Miller will also develop and maintain relationships with current and potential grant recipients to sustaining and expanding the Funded Programs.  He has managed consulting engagements for federal, state, and local government departments and agencies encompassing the functional areas of strategy planning, project management, management reviews, human resource management, organizational development, as well as economic and small business development.  Mr. Miller has also played a major role in Asset Valuation Reviews and Grant Application Reviews for financial regulatory agencies.  Mr. Miller has served as the Interim Executive Director of the Springfield, IL Housing Authority, the Housing Authority of St. James Parish, LA., and as Administrative Receiver for the New Orleans Housing Authority under contracts with the U.S.
