Ltd., the largest integrated electric utility company in the Caribbean; successfully co-chairing Mirant’s acquisition of a substantial ownership stake in PowerGen, Limited for US$125 million, an electrical power generation company previously owned by the Government of Trinidad & Tobago; successfully negotiating strategic partnerships valued at $300 million for Veolia Water NA to operate water/wastewater facilities for both the City of Atlanta, Georgia and the Government of Jamaica; facilitating and negotiating a 10-year supply concession valued at US$500 million for Georgia-Pacific Corporation (GP:NYSE) with The Methanol Company, Ltd. of Trinidad & Tobago – a stated-owned company of the Government of Trinidad & Tobago, and serving as Trade & Investment Representative for the Georgia Department of Industry & Trade in South Africa.
