Earlexia Norwood, M.D. - Board of Advisors

Earlexia Montoya Norwood, M.D. is the physician-in-charge of the Henry Ford Medical Center-Troy, and Northeast Region Division Head of Family Medicine for Henry Ford Health System. A focus on community outreach, clinical practice redesign, process improvements, and health education for self empowerment, are important aspects of Dr. Norwood’s responsibilities, and her personal commitments. Dr. Norwood served in residence at Detroit’s St. John Hospital, received her medical training from the University of Iowa, and attended Jackson State College for her B.S. Degree.
