Tamica Means - Project Coordinator

Dr. Tamica Means is the Project Coordinator for the Digital Empowerment Councils. Additionally, she serves as Director of a Means to Change, a domestic violence intervention and prevention non-violence organization. She is the author of "Striking Look at the Face of Domestic Violence." Dr. Means serves on the Metropolitan Atlanta Violence Prevention Partnership Council and the Fulton County Domestic Violence Task Force. Her background also includes serving as an officer in the United States Army Reserves.
