Philipa B. Brown - Project Manager

Philippa B. Brown is the Digital Empowerment Council (DEC) Project Manager for The Alliance. A former municipal government executive with more than 15 years experience working with prominent politicians with large administrations, Ms. Brown is a demonstrated leader with keen management, administrative and operations experience. Previous to joining The Alliance, Ms. Brown served as Atlanta, Georgia Mayor Shirley Franklin’s Special Assistant on Education from 2001 to 2007.
